Shipping Delays

International Orders and Duties
For orders shipped outside Canada, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their local authorities.
We cannot control or predict these costs, and we are unable to issue refunds for orders that incur duties, taxes, or are delayed by customs processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery info@nabtopfashion.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your case and, if eligible, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
